|and may necessitate dismissal of the student in question. If it is necessary for a student to be absent from class, EPIC DANCE CENTER should be |
notified in advance.
Make Up Classes
Make up classes are NOT available due to the fact that each class is working on different material. Therefore, students will not benefit from taking an
alternate class. If necessary, a private make-up lesson may be arranged with the instructor or assistant for an additional fee.
EPIC DANCE CENTER will only be closed for the long school breaks, according to the Frontier Central Schools Calendar.
EPIC DANCE CENTER will hold an annual Holiday Showcase in December and the End of the Year Recital in June. Students are expected to attend these
events. In addition there are Show rehearsals for all students to prepare for the shows.
Additionally, EPIC DANCE CENTER may offer other performance opportunities throughout the year as they present themselves. These may include
dancing at Fantasy Island, Village concert nights, National Night Out etc... These performances are strictly voluntary, but can provide young dancers
with valuable performing experience.
Observation Days- In order to keep students focused, we have provided certain days for parents to observe classes.
The season course fee has been divided into 10 monthly installments: Aug-May
(payment 1 is due at time of registration).
- Accounts may be paid by cash or check. Checks should be made payable to:

- Tuition is discounted if paid by the 7th of the month.
- Any payment overdue 30 days will automatically deny student dance
- Any check returned by the bank for NSF or any reason, will be charged a
$30.00 service charge. After any 2 payments returned for insufficient funds,
your account must be paid with cash
* Missed lessons
- There are NO refunds for:
* if a student drops out in the middle of the pay period.

intent to drop a class. Full tuition will be charged until we have been properly
$55.00 deposit per student for preschool age combination class,
$65.00 deposit per student per class is due with the November Tuition Payment
(payment 3). Any deposits not received by November 30th will be assessed a service
fee of $5.00
No costumes will be ordered until payment is made in full. Costumes that exceed the
amount of the deposit will have a balance due as soon as the full costume price is
determined. Until all balances are paid in full, students will not receive costumes.
Costume deposits are non-refundable.
A rehearsal fee of $30 per student or $55 per family is due and payable by March
1st. Any payment not received by March 1st will receive a $5.00 service charge.
